This week I have taken advantage of a lot of great deals. I thought I would share some of the best deals I got this week.

I did two transactions, but I will put this all in one for simplicity.

4 Band Aid @ .99 (This weeks deal 6/8) - (4) MQ 1.00 adjusted to .99 = FREE
10 Gillette Satin Shave Gel $2 - ESR $1 x 10 - 7 MQ $1 = $3.00
3 Walgreens Ibuprofen 100ct @ 4.00 = 12.00
1 Ecotrin @ 2.00 - MQ $1 = 1.00

used $3 RR
Total = 11.99
Received $5 RR (for the Shave Gel)
June Rebates - #13 $10 (for Ibuprofen) #6 $2 (for Ecotrin) Rebates = 11.20 (on card)
So after rebates and RR I will be ahead $4.21 for all this stuff!

How in the world did you get the cashier at Walgreen's to adjust a coupon down? They looked at me like I am from another planet when I asked them to do it. I only go there now if the deal is too good to pass up.

Very funny you mention that. I did 3 of those in Ft. Wayne, but I had to talk the guy through it. They have to hit .99 then vendor/manf Q button. I got this information from a lady on HCW that works there.
At the Angola store they are not too friendly, Ashley did not have a problem with my coupon, but there is a lady named Diane, she always gives me a hard time.
I have 5 more q's and I am hoping to pick those up tomorrow, hopefully without a problem.

Is Diane the older lady with gray hair? She even got the young man manager and he wouldn't adjust down one of the Immodium Q's either (remember when you could get RR's for them). I left without getting anything. I went last week for the Diet Dr. Pepper sale, but that should last me through most of the summer. I don't drink soda that much anymore.

I think that I am going to pick strawberries tomorrow, but not sure what time yet. I fed a bunch of people at church tonight and am exhausted. Plus my mom is coming tomorrow, sometime.
